Privacy Notice

SoldSign is a directory of estate agents across England and Wales, developed and operated by ClozeSure Ltd. This notice explains, in plain English, what happens to information when you use the site.

We’re cookie-free

SoldSign currently sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device — which is why you won’t see a cookie banner. If that ever changes, we’ll ask for your agreement first and give you a clear yes/no choice.

How we count visits

To understand which towns and pages are useful, we may record anonymous, aggregate usage statistics — how many visits a page gets, and roughly where in the country visitors are. We do this without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you: no personal profiles, no tracking you across other websites, and we never sell data. Individual searches aren’t stored against you.

When you request a quote

If you use the completion guarantee quote form, the property address and sale price you enter are sent to ClozeSure’s quote partner to generate your completion guarantee quote. We only use those details to give you the quote you asked for.

Services we rely on

• Address lookup — the address search uses Ideal Postcodes, a UK address service, to help you enter your address accurately.
• Maps — provided by OpenFreeMap (based on OpenStreetMap), which is cookie-free.
• Agent logos — shown via logo.dev.
• Town information & images — from Wikipedia.

Displaying this content means your browser makes requests to those services, as it does for any website content.

Links to other sites

SoldSign links to ClozeSure and to estate agents’ own websites. Those sites have their own privacy notices and may use their own cookies once you visit them.

Agents: your listing

Each agent listing is compiled from the agent’s own public website and public records, and links back to them — we show factual business details (branches, contact details, accreditations), never named staff. If you’re an agent and would like your listing corrected, or removed and not reviewed again, see Manage your listing.

Your information and your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over any personal information we hold, including the right to ask for a copy, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Because we’re cookie-free and don’t build visitor profiles, we hold very little — but if you’ve requested a quote and want to exercise any of these rights, or have any question about your privacy, please contact ClozeSure.
